First, the good guys...

Basil of Baker Street: The star of the show. He's the Great Mouse detective, brought back to life in the 22nd Century

Inspector Alicia Vole: She's a young but determined Scotland Yard detective, often going against the grain to achieve her goals.

Dawson: A mech-mouse. He had David Q. Dawson's journals uploade into his personality subroutines.

Chief Inspector White: The head of Scotland Yard, he often clashes with Inspector Vole's methods. Though he doesn't like the way she does things, he respects her.

Doctor Erin Evans: The biochemist who brought Basil back to life.

Now the bad guys...booo hiss...

Professor Ratigan: This evil rat was cloned to wreak havoc on the world of the 22nd Century. His arch enemy Basil was brought back to life for the sole pupose of defeating him.

Finster Evans: The geneticist who cloned Ratigan. He thought to use the professor to take over New London, but the tables were turned.

Griffon Vanderbuilt: Alicia's uncle through marriage. He is Ratigan's second in command.
